There are dozens of sites similar to telephone-spam.com but what makes this site unique is that it is operated by someone with 20+ years in the contact center space and knows how this stuff works.
New blog posts will contain information about the nature and state of modern telephone spam and what consumers (you) can do about it.
The business I’m involved in takes great effort in legitimizing their telephone calls at a great expense to be compliant with Federal, State and local laws yet the “bad apples” in this industry are ruining it for everyone.
My hope is to shed some light on how things work to inform and educate so the legit calls can come through while attempting to put an end to telephone-spam.
You can help by posting a note on a telephone number that you believe is spam or any number that has called you that was unknown but you answered anyways and have information to share with others.
